I have been taking this for well over a year now and ran out, so I wasn't taking it for a few days and I immediately felt the aches in my joints. this has been a good product raised my blood vitamin d levels nicely and are very easy to swallow. In the northeast we don't get adequate sunlight, and in the winter forget it but this supplement really helps
