It's more a shapewear than a waist trainer
I ordered size M and it's large for me, I am already at the 2nd to the tightest hooks and it's still not as tight as I would have imagined. I think because the material is too stretchy it just molds around the body. It also folds at the tummy area which might show if you are wearing it out with a tight shirt on. If there was a S size it would probably have worked better for me. On the plus side the material is 'breathable', if you just want a shapewear under your everyday clothes and not a waist trainer, this might work.

The size is 1 size smaller than stated in the size description. But the cloth quality is good.

Not to buy if you are looking for getting up shaped.
Does not serve purpose as the corset, the material is stretchable net, which does help to get the shape you are looking for.
