No complaints after 2 months

The only issue I came across with this product was that it doesn't quite fit into the hole of my Skullcandy Hesh 2 Wireless headset. I had to use a razor to shave down the plastic around the 3.5 mm jack in order for it to fit into the audio jack in the headset. Other than that, It works just as well as the original one. The volume adjustment feature doesn't exactly work with my headphones, so I can't be for sure if it even works. Aside from it not fitting out of the box, it was a good purchase, still working a few weeks after purchase.

As other reviewers have said, the black plastic sleeve by the jack itself had to be trimmed back to fit inside the recessed receptacle on the headphones so it is not a direct replacement. But once trimmed, it's a cheap replacement.

I had a problem its volume control, which didn’t work in an iPhone to headphone adapter. Other than that, it worked well as a replacement headphone connector.

This is a great cable with solid quality. It's thicker than the original but still plenty flexible. My cat chewed up the original and doesn't even mess with this one. I gave it all 5 stars, but I really haven't used the volume control on the cord. That said, it's a good size and has strong tactile feedback. I'm confident it's good control. It seems the mic quality is fine too, but I don't recall going out of my way to verify it. A splitter I bought to use this cord between my headphones and PC arrived defective. My headphones use their built in mic via bluetooth connection so I haven't been using the mic on the cord, but I have no reason to think the quality stops before the mic. No corners were cut with these cords.

You will have to shave down the jack because it will not fit unless you take off your phone case to use it :(

Barely use my Xbox headset, needed a new wire maybe used it for a total of 12 hours and it’s only playing audio out of one side using this wire, and completely fine with a different wire.
