I love this stuff
I love this stuff. It's in my rotation of relaxation and bedtime teas. I also really enjoy it as iced tea, but not in a bedtime situation, just an enjoyable beverage.

Mostly just mint flavor.
The tea mostly just tastes like mint, with an aftertaste of licorice. It was annoying that I couldn't find the list of ingredients. So the licorice was an unhappy surprise, but its not strong, so I might drink it. I wish the sage and lavender were more prominent.
