I have really low iron and supposed to take Vitamin D and iron pills prescribed by my doctor. I researched supplements that would give me my daily value and some just in case I don't eat all of the suggested value in foods. I noticed immediately how much more energy I had within the first day of taking these. I noticed how I didn't shiver with a sudden burst of cold due to my anemia. I'm not saying it's a cure or would eliminate anemia, but I did notice the immediate results from taking these vs other OTC multivitamins. I would highly recommend these. It's worth the price per pill.

good taste, it really works, it helps me with my digestion problems. Ive been taking ON probiotics over the past 3 years, this product its amazing, IBS. the item arrived on a time and in perfect conditions.

The pictures in the listing show insane amount of vitamin B6 and some other vitamins. I searched online and those amounts are very unhealthy and I think perhaps thats why the company changed its percentages? The one i received seemed like a healthy amount of nutrients for daily intake. But I am unsure if I will get the same packaging next time. I also did not see any expiry date on this bottle. I hope that this is a genuine piece, I can't really trust Amazon on this since there are so many dropshippers selling items which may not be genuine.
