Sehr gut verpackt, wirklich leicht zu montieren und verbraucht wenig Wasser. Unsere Kinder spritzen sich dadurch auch nicht nass.

I ordered a Hans Grohe faucet in January of 2017. It looked great and Hans Grohe is usually great quality. It was for a basement bath. Other projects took priority and the faucet sat in its box. Finally this fall (2019) we have moved forward with the bathroom project. My plumber came to trim out the new sink and discovered that the faucet has German/European threads on the hot and cold water braided supply lines. The supplies do not attach to US stops and can not be modified. Adapters to go from German thread pattern to US thread pattern run $85 each (I need 2 adaptors) plus tax plus shipping. So my $120 faucet requires $220 in adapters to make it useable plus additional time and additional labor. I understand that it is 3 years after the sale, but age had nothing to do with the faucet being incompatible with US plumbing. The Amazon seller, Nancy Pants Warehouse, conveniently does not list a phone number anywhere and has not responded to message inquiry. Honestly, they should not be selling items that do not integrate with US plumbing unless they explicitly disclose that in a very clear manner. This is not ethical and has driven up material cost, labor cost and time significantly. Very disappointed.
