I have used this product for a little over a month now. I suffered from some numbness in hands and feet from drinking too much alcohol and this product has helped reverse that nerve damage. It has an abundance of B vitamins so its especially good for people who drink too much. I dare say my libido has gone up considerably as well. I have more energy and less brain fog. I do want to say, I have battled candida for many years and I do think the yeast in this aggravates that a little, however, I can tolerate that in exchange for the clear benefits this mix provides. My skin is definitely better, but I also began drinking a few tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass of water each day at the same time I started drinking this, and I think that has also been helping my skin. There have been a lot of complaints about the taste of this. Do NOT mix this with anything sweet. It would be like mixing chicken soup with fruit juice and expecting it to be palatable. It has a sort of salty, yeasty flavor. What I do is blend it in my Vita-Mixer with two handfuls of baby spinach or baby kale, and the juice of half a fresh lemon, plus half a big glass of water and blend it up. Then I sip it through a straw and think of it as a green gazpacho soup. Its actually tasty this way! This morning I put a half a green apple in it and that was a big mistake. Don't add anything even remotely sweet to this. Other days if I don't have time I'll just mix this up in small glass of water and throw it back. It is not that bad this way either. I just prefer to get the added benefits of the greens and lemon so I do my green smoothie whenever possible. I haven't been using this for very long but I think I have less gray hair now too. I have no health insurance so spending money on preventative measures like this superfood plus is a small price to pay. UPDATE 12/13/14 - I just realized I've been having heart palpitations, especially laying in bed at night, and after some googling, I've come to believe it's the kelp in this powder that is causing them. I'm cutting back to one tbsp a day (suggested dosage is 2 tbsp), but if it continues I will have to look for something that doesn't contain kelp. Apparently I'm very sensitive to iodine.

I started on the superfood on May 7. I have been gaining weight over the winter, and not only weight gain, but energy level was about zero. I would get winded and wore out just going from kitchen to living room, about 20 feet, man, I had to do something, or I was gonna die. I heard a local radio advert for Dr. Blacks Texas Superfood, and decided to see if amazon carried it, based only on what the radio ad said. Dr. Black isn't carried on amazon, but Dr. Schulze Superfood is. So started on the Schulze mix. The first 3 days I felt nothing, but by the 4th day.... It was almost an electric feeling, I could feel it all over, I think I was becoming alive again. Energy started building up. I wanted to get outside and accomplish something, anything. Before, I dreaded walking out to the driveway. Weight loss. I've lost 5 or maybe 10 pounds in less than a month. I have no scale, but I can feel it in my shirt and pants. And it seems to me, it helps reduce what I eat, and really drastically. I have hunger pangs, but with the superfood use, I don't seem to care. It used to be if I got to the point of the hunger pangs, I would eat, and probably too much. Now I see the hunger pangs as success!!! I'm still getting a little winded at times, but no where near as bad as before I started the SF mix. Now for the taste everyone complains about. The complaints are true. This stuff reminds me of that sour battery acid smell, combined with rotted vegetation. It will not desolve in water, and is like swallowing a mouthfull of floaters. I keep a cup of coffee handy when I swallow this swill. But, my body just loves this stuff. If they could make it taste like a Snickers bar, with a milkshake texture it would be perfect. Forget what your tastebuds like, but give your body what it likes. I think it wires me up a bit, and sleeping lately is a problem. I don't think the SF will overcome lack of sleep, and I have had days where I am very sleepy. This is most likely due to the large amount of B vitamins in the mix. I've been taking some melatonin to help with sleep. I would like to see the Dr. add some vitamin D to the mix, as there are none listed on the lable. So, so far so good. I am coming to the end of my jar and will have to reorder. I may try one of the lower cost brands, since Dr. Schulze costs $38 and is supposed to last 2 weeks till empty, but I am cheap, so I am stretching my jar out to 3 weeks to a month. So give it a shot if you are near death like I was. I do not overstate this, I have been given a 2nd chance. ......Rarely is there a health supplement that actually works. Give it a shot if you are as messed up as I was. Update. October 2022. Well 8 years later, I am still using Dr. SCHULZE SUPER food. It doesn't give the huge kick in the pants, it use to, but I am 66 years old now. But everytime the doctor for blood work, I pass with flying colors, still have the blood work of a 25 year old boy!! Price is getting too high, I have tried another product, but this stuff is the better choice, so I keep buying. Edit November 2023. Even though Dr Schulz is an excellent product, but is time for me to leave it behind. The rising costs are just too much. I will find another Super food. Edit Jan 2024: After researching other super food supplements, I can find none that are as good as Dr Schulze. Too many of the other super foods, just don't have the vitamins Dr Schulz has. So here I am, ordering more Dr Schulz. Edit, July 2025. Just ordered another Dr. Schulz Super food container. I am in a physical therapy hospital now, and the Dr. Schulz helps out. Somehow I got sepsis and it really did a job on my leg muscles, but I am getting better. Hope to walk out of this place.

I have ordered products for years and very rarely do a review but I felt like I had to this time. This is the BEST thing I have ever taken. I have tried to take vitamins all my life and even after weeks haven’t felt much better, but these are a whole new level. If you’re on the fence about trying these, this is your sign to give them a try. Wonderful product!

I've taken Superfood since I was a small child and I always feel great when I do. I think it's why I've rarely ever got sick throughout my life. There are times I've stopped taking it and my body can feel the difference. Yes, the taste is not the best, but who cares as long as the nutrition is there? Put it in some water and chase it back like a champ. My one request would be to put it back in the glass jars, but that's me being picky haha!

Ok here we go. First of all after reading one of the "most helpful" reviews where the person went on and on about the bad taste and divine inspiration on how to mask said taste, I was very worried about this thinking it would end up being undrinkable because this person went on at length about the taste, texture and so on. The idea they got from God about masking the taste is also written plainly on the suggestions in the directions on the container for the rest of us by the way. BUT!! This stuff doesnt taste bad at all!! In fact about 5 minutes ago I just drank some with just straight up water since I was out of juice, no problem. Has earthy flavor, but honestly its not bad at all, in fact I kind of like it. My wife whom is very taste conscious and whiny about that kind of thing thought it was fine as well and takes a tablespoon in the morning with about 8oz of unsweetened cranberry/pomegranate juice. I just use straight up cranberry juice that has no added sugar. You can find it at Walmart if you look through the brands, you will see the one Im referring to because its the only one with out added sugars or corn syrup. I dont put in blender either, I just use my hand held immersion blender and blend it up right in the cup I use to drink it, works perfectly. Now for the important part, does it work?! In short Yes!! Now I didnt feel any difference for several days and to be honest, I almost stopped taking it because I thought it was a joke. Then all the sudden one morning, BAM! I felt like I had just drank a couple of espresso's or something and my energy level jumped quite a bit. Now I dont see any amazing benefits yet that some claim, but I can feel a real difference in thought process and over all well being. I gave it four stars because it says on the container its the best supplement on earth or what ever and even though I do think it helps you out, I wouldn't go that far yet, maybe I will change my mind as I continue to use it. I have found that for me if I take a tablespoon in the morning before breakfast and then one before or right after dinner it seems to work better. I havent had any major weight loss, but I have noticed my snack cravings have decreased some and Im not eating quite as much so we will see. Also its worth noting that I had major gurd and heart burn issues, this has seemingly lowered that problem significantly although you do get to taste the product in the form of burps when you first start taking it, I have not had this issue recently though so I assume it must subside with regular use or at least it did with me. I have been taking it daily for about 3 weeks so I dont know what other benefits may happen in the future, but at this point I would reorder it again and suggest you give it a try, just stick it out for a bit even if you dont think its doing anything.

I've been using Dr Schultz for many years. I try other products but end up going back to Dr Schultz. My suggestion is to start with one scoop first and build up to two so you don't get it upset stomach. Does give you energy.

Been taking it for 6 months and I feel good. Taste great as well.
