Cannot return/exchange. Bad seller & company.
I made a mistake in ordering this and wanted to return it for a different type of faucet for my bathroom sink. I had completely forgotten that the one in my house was the type with the Hot & cold thing on the top of the faucet itself, as well as how it turns off and on. So, my bad. But I went to return it in order to get the correct type and they say I cannot return it. It wasn't opened, it's in its original packaging (there was no reason to open it as it just wouldn't work, anyway) but now I've completely lost the money and they are not willing to bend at all to help me out and get something that will work for me. Hence, 1 star. I made the mistake and can easily own up to it. They, however, obviously just wanted the money and shut down on me instantly when I was trying to get any sort of help either with a refund or exchange. Stay away from this seller & company.

ITS 99 % PLASTIC
I thought that for the money it was good. The instructions were not that easy to read for me. I am not young. I am amazed at how the plumbing materials have crossed over to the world of plastic. Plastic is not the best material and i am sure that if the part where the fittins screw onto were upgraded to brass installation would be alot easier. Cross threading is very easy with this plastic. They say to use the plumbers tape on the plastic threads but the hoses that come with it have a rubber gasket and i think that makes it so you dont need sealant tape. After messing with this installation for about 45 minutes i decided to leave all the connections loose and then install the faucet valves on top. Once they are in place i found its alot easier to tighten everythiing up. THe problem on my system was the center to center distance was 8.5 inches.. and the hoses that came with the system are alot longer then the origivnal i took off. i think the new hoses were about 8 to 9 inches long. The longer hoses are pretty stiff.. they dont do a U turn very good.. so you have to play with the faucets as to what position they should be tighted down in. I wish i could have said it just took me 5 minutes and i was done and i dont do repair work ever.. but i am always working on things and this installation time depends on where your working, and if you can get big hands into small spaces to loosen all that stuff up. My screws were rusted and i had to get a grinder and grind the faucets off the top horizontally and then unscrew the chrome part. Those hoses fit into a horizontal fitting in the center connection and to me it would alot better if the connection at the point where the hoses screw in was in the shape of a upside down V. That way they would be alot easier to put on and less likely to cross thread. Now that i know how its put together it wouldnt take much to upgrade it to a all metal faucet but of course the price gos ways up on the metal ones. Overall its a decent faucet and i wouldnt mind having some extra parts around when installing.

They work okay
These faucets were a good fit to my existing set up. I have to admit they are delicate. I was careful so as not to break them installing them. It was a little tricky to get the lines attached and having them attached tight enough. I had a leak at first so I had to do it over again. I have done handyman stuff for decades so it's not my first time installing a set of faucets. The material they are made of is a light plastic that seems brittle. The faucets seemed to be okay but I was careful not to overtighten them. These faucets are just oaky and far from being top of the line.

Junk junk junk
I replaced my old leaking faucet with this one trying to save a few bucks and had a plumber install it. Handles leak on both sides and he said it's all plastic parts which is not good. Would return if I didn't have to use it until I purchase a better quality one. Just splurge on one that is better quality.

Good replacement
Almost identical to the original. It does spray a little form the back, so it gets water on the tub rim.Was not easy to install either due to design in the way the 2 water sides connect to the center.
