This is a term used on mechanical watches(accuracy has to be within -4 to +6 seconds a day) This watch is quartz(accuracy +/- 20 seconds a MONTH)making this quartz far more accurate than a chronometer

How many Rolex trademarks does this violate?

Possibly a couple. It doesn't have to say "Rolex" for it to violate a Rolex trademark. The phrases "1000ft =300M" and "Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified" are not only Rolex specific, but also not at all true of this watch. It's not water resistant to those depths and it's certainly not COSC certified. I would say this goes beyond being an homage and crosses over into replica territory.

How do you fix the dot on the bezel?

If you happen to lose the dot on this (this also works for me you other items as I do this for many Every Day Carry items) a great way to make your own that's as good as the original if not better is to buy a small amount of glow powder from online or at some craft stores. Mix a small amount of the powder with super glue and add the mix to the location u want it with a toothpick. If it's a location that U want the height built up use gel super glue instead of regular. U can also buy/use almost any color pigment to make this your preferred color. I also use this around the inside of my flashlights so when u shut the light off it still gives off a small amount of light from the glow powder as it works great! Also works good to use with clear paint to use on keys for easy location at night time...
