I order this for my mom. The elderly have trouble staying hydrated , well actually we all do. One packet added to a bottle of water is like drinking 3. It helps keep her hydrated and the strawberry is a great flavor

I ordered the strawberry flavor and it tastes delicious without any after taste. I definitely have more energy while working out when I add it to my water bottle. However, beware... it does contain sugar.

I have an Autoimmune disease which requires I stay hydrated 100% of the time. This is the trick! They’re so easy! And better than Nunn’s, Pedialyte, or any other other “hydration”/electrolyte tablets/powders/liquids.Because of the sodium, the taste can off-put some people, but I’m used to it. However, to remedy this, just use a squirt of Mio brand or any name or house brand water flavoring you like in with your Liquid I.V. and it tastes SOO much better!!Because I use 3 or more individual packs in 24 hours, it does get very expensive though!!Overall a great product! And I rarely give out 5 stars!! :-) Enjoy!!
