The box was torn off when it was delivered and the cap had already been open. When I try to refund it, it’s not giving an option also

I don’t wear make up. But I have to for work,this cream changes the whole game. I’m white and the cream might seen dark but once u apply it, it looks natural. Nothing will replace the previous bb blur with color thou. The good thing about this new one is it doesn’t makes yOur skin dry.
