Wish they could lower their price bracket.

This actually does taste the most like real sugar compared to every other sweetener I've tried. It's much more expensive than anything else, but if you're only using a spoonful in your coffee or whatever then it's a really good alternative if you can't stand other artificial sweeteners

This is even better than what I’ve found at local grocery stores. I got it at my dentist’s recommendation because xylitol is much less harmful to teeth. It tastes exactly like real sugar. I’ve completely switched over. (This stuff can kill dogs apparently though, just fyi. Not good if baking for puppers.)

I have a diabetic father who I care for. He loves ice cream any time of year. I bought a Ninja Creami so that I can control the ice cream he consumes. The machine works well for our purposes. Having found the method, I needed ingredients. I have tried many of the non-nutritive sweeteners on the market and haven’t been thrilled. I like the brown sugar swerve when I need a little rich flavor. Too much is too much. I have enjoyed the Splenda baking sweetener but, now the health questions. I learned about Xylitol a while ago but really didn’t use it for reasons I don’t know. Given the latest news I pulled out the packet that I had and used it in the latest batch of ice cream. It was perfect in my strawberry recipe. None of the weird aftertaste or cooling effect that you get with other sweeteners. I like the idea that it is derived from trees and can improve dental health. I don’t have a dog so no danger there. If you haven’t used it you should give it a try. I can’t remember if I baked with it but I think you can.

For several years this has been my go-to sweetener because the taste is sweet, not like chemicals, and it does not make my heart go crazy. It does not taste fake and there is no weird stuff in it that causes the heart to speed up. It's simply a good, natural sweetener that I use in one cup of coffee every day. I've recommended it to friends and have even sent it as a gift. I've never baked with it -- just strictly have consumed it in coffee. I've read about different sweeteners, and this is the one I feel safest consuming. It's granular, not powdery so you feel as if you are using real sugar. Xlear XyloSweet Non-GMO Xylitol Sweetener is my natural sugar substitute of choice.
