Clairol Natural Instincts Demi-Permanent Hair Dye, 6BZ Light Caramel Brown Hair Color, Pack of 1

I've been using this for years - I found after experimenting that I get the exact colour I want by using this one, 6G Light Golden Brown and mixing in a small amount of 6R Light Auburn. This is not for anyone who has a lot of grey, as there's no ammonia - and I'm one of those people. I use it because ammonia fries my hair and I use this more often and my hair is silky soft. Doing it twice a month is a pain, but the condition of my hair has never been better.

My hair was a very light brown with white roots. I purchased the shade 6BZ Light Caramel Brown to make my hair a little darker. The photo on the box shows a woman with brown hair. That hair color made my hair red, really red. I'm giving it 4 stars because the color is quite pretty and my hair is very soft. I don't want red hair, so next month I will try another hair color.

The package arrived opened, with the seal broken. I do not feel safe using it and there is no option to return it for this reason. I will not purchase this again, and I recommend others buyers avoid this as well.

Ok, so I couldn’t live with the COVID-19 striped hair any longer. Going grey and growing out a horrible bleached mess thanks to Revlon Vegan garbage hair dye. My hair just made me feel like crap. I used 6G light golden brown, I applied to all of my hair at once and left the recommended 20 minutes. This put a lot more color in my hair then I expected, it’s actually a little darker in person and it blended out the crappy trailer trash blonde nicely. It doesn’t smell bad, doesn’t burn at all, it’s easy to use. It will lighten up after a few washes but I actually really like the outcome. I don’t do well with permanent hair color, especially the vegan, so called gentle products! My hair dries out horribly and falls out by the handful, so this is a good alternative, it’s very gentle. I intend to eventually let it go naturally grey but for now, I just wanted to even up the color and this 6G did a very good job. Just know that If you’re bleached, this is dramatic and pretty dark.
