First timer - Not sure if that's normal
I got this product to help with my anxiety. Used it as described on the back and here are my takeaways:1. Not sure if this is what strong kava is meant to do but, I get disoriented more than relaxed!! And it makes my body hot, like really hot flushes.2. Cognitive abilities are definitely affected, negatively. I tried drinking it during working hours, wasn't a good idea.3. The worst part is next day sickness!!!! I feel sooooo sick the next day.Bottom line is, unless you know and tried this product, I don't recommend it
