Very good performance / top scratches fast
We had this cooker for 1 year. I think it is a great quality-price option. The only thing, as some comments have already mentioned, is that the top surface does scratch really fast. Otherwise the oven and its multiple functions are really, really good. Overall we are happy with the purchase!

Very bad Item and the worst Agency Customer Service
The ceramic Top had cracked all a sudden without using and in the night which is obviously a manufacturing defect, The agents refused to replace as it has passed its warranty by 5 months. However this is not fair as it is a manufacturing quality issue for a major component which is the ceramic top that is not supposed to get cracked by itself at all. It is safety and functional malfunction that they didn’t cover.@ Beko and @ UAE Beko Agents

Reliable tool
Have it for 1.5years and it is holding well. It is pretty and heaters are fast. Oven as well. Seems that top layer is not so good quality as it quickly got scratches. Buyers pay attention: Mine came with top heater partially not working and I was too lazy to file a complaint, as it is baking well. Even havent noticed right away. Otherwise seems like a good choice concsidering cheaper price than other brands.
