I like to cook potatoes or mushrooms when I cook steak. This lets me have 450 for steaks and indirect for potatoes or mushrooms. While not designed for baskets other than theirs; it works well in the Big Green Egg basket I have. (When it wears out, I’ll buy their basket.) I probably have 1/3 (vs 1/2) of the basket with no charcoal. The charcoal leans against it holding it in place.If I didn’t have an almost-new basket, I’d have bought the basket and divider.

I needed a replacement fire box grate for a Green Egg mini max and after reviewing several I chose this one. It arrived when promised and it was packaged very well. When I opened the package and took out the grate I was very pleasantly surprised by how well it was made. It was the perfect size and the finish was excellent (very smooth with no rough edges). I would surely recommend this to anyone needing to replace their fire grate.

Fit the older version of the primo "egg" round version perfectly. High quality.

Fit as advertised in my large BGE and replaced the tired worn out one from when I bought it 10 years ago. It's slightly smaller than the original, but fits just fine.
