i was slightly disappointed as the watch arrived in a very old box and looked a bit weird so I brought it to a Tissot shop and while they cannot guarantee it is authentic without sending it to Tissot, i have been told they were pretty sure it was and it was only an old collection (probably 2009). However, i sent it back as there is no manifacturer guaranty!! you had to send it back to Stag store in case something happens which didn't suit me. Stag stores were however very professional and quick in replying to my queries and dealing with my returns; delivery was also really quick.
