They aren’t firm, they are plush, but your head doesn’t go through to the mattress jfc. I’ve had them for 6 months and I’ve never been more comfortable in my life. My mom has neck and back problems and I got them for her and she’s finally sleeping well. I literally have never had a pillow that supported me and was THIS comfortable. Yes, just received two pillows this week, 1 was fine, the other looked as though someone bled on it and left it out in the rain to collect mold for an added measure. Anyone would be crazy to take a chance on this crap. Pic is in my review.
