Falls apart on delicate wash. What a mess

I have to admit that I liked the look of these rugs online more than in person. They aren’t as soft as I would like and take forever to dry, if they do dry at all. I have to result in just putting them down on the floor while they are still damp so I can move on with my day. They aren’t as fluffy as I would have hoped and came looking like someone had trampled on them. I thought it was because of their packaging and journey to my home And figured a wash would fix them right up. Right after washing them, they looked better, but I only had to use them once for them to look like someone had been walking on them for years. I think they are too expensive to not be perfect.

I love these rugs. I bought the long one and loved it so much, I bought the smaller one, for my shower.The colors are perfect. The thickness and softness are wonderful.BEWARE these rugs will leave bleached spots, if anything other than water gets on them. If you catch the spill, wash the rug immediately...DO NOT WAIT.These rugs do wash. Do not use fabric softener! After they are dry, put them in dryer on air fluff, 15-20 minutes, then shake out

They are a few weeks old. Already starting to flatten, but otherwise were perfect for me. Nice neutral gray color. More towards a silver blue gray. Not purple or bright blue or green tints. White accent is very white. Wondering how they will wash. not looking forward to that. I am keeping these. Have just returned 2 other sets. Gray color is tough and quality seems to tougher to find.
