What is better for your brain GPC or phosphatidylcholine and why?

I don't know anything about phosphatidylcholine(s) and how it affects brain. I do know, however, in comparison to the lower-tier choline supplements (choline bitartrate & choline citrate), that GPC is much much more potent. It is like rocket fuel whereas the others may be noticeable only subtly in terms of cognitive enhancement. I take GPC occasionally, but because it is pricey in comparison to the citrate (<1/3 of the cost), I no longer take it every day.
