That other answer, from Louise, is ridiculous and wrong. PU leather is not real, it is unequivocally fake. Made from Polyurethane entirely pu leather is not real leather with a poly back, it is 100% artificial. Over time the polyurethane will become brittle and crack, falling off the backing material.
