This is my favorite food discovery of my adult life, and the customer service from this seller is excellent! My recipe for this product always gets raves: 3 oz. truffle sauce truffle oil 1 lb. pasta 3 oz. butter 6-7 oz. cream salt, pepper ½ -1 cup grated parmesan Preparation: Melt butter over low heat. Add cream, boil shortly, season with salt and pepper, add parmesan to make a creamy sauce. If cream thickens too much, add some water. Cook pasta al dente, strain and mix well with cream sauce. Add tartufata to hot pasta and cream sauce, mix well. Add truffle oil to taste, optional. Mix well and serve with or without additional parmesan.

This tartufata tastes great and every time I've ordered it, it has always been very well wrapped in bubble wrap and so far has always arrived intact. Worth every penny.

Doesn’t satisfy the taste buds. Has a slight smell to it too
