I bought these, admittedly, more for decoration as aqua accents for my apartment but they have become incredibly useful and used daily! Upon moving to a new apartment, I forgot to buy coasters, and these worked great and saved my furniture until I bought coasters! They are quite big which is perfect for putting hot pots on and very sturdy which is great for opening lids (and living alone while also never working out my arms this is a MUST have). The plastic is much more durable than I was expecting as well; I was afraid these would tear easily when opening something but they have held remarkably well.

I have bought several of the Blossom silicone trivets and ended up enjoying them a lot more than I expected. I have given them to a few friends as well with great reviews. This Christmas I wanted to give three more friends this item and wanted to give them a set of three, in different colors. Buying that many at a time would have been quite pricey with the Blossom brand because they are between $7-$10 a piece depending on seller and color. So, when I came across this set of 3 for $10 I gave it a try. They aren't bad, but they are definitely a step below the Blossom brand. Here's the what's similar and what's different.SIMILAR- Brightness of color, general design/flower look. Both are nice.DIFFERENT- These trivets are half the depth of the Blossom brand. I'm not sure if this could be a problem when putting a very hot dish over a surface that is delicate...you might want the extra height. Blossoms are 3/8" high, these are 3/16" high.Blossoms collapse so that they can be stored more as a cylinder shape, which I find handy, I store them just in front of my utensil holder in a drawer. These do not bend/fold easily, so you need to store them flat. Not a deal breaker, just depends how you like to store items.Blossoms can be "undone" and actually placed inside one another so, you could have a green one, inside the pink one. This makes for a larger trivet and a cute design. You can basically disconnect it at the ends and wrap it around another trivet.I am not associated with any of these companies and I paid full price. I'm just taking the time to give this more detailed review because I really am surprised by how happy I've been with the Blossom type and although I appreciate the lower price on this version, probably would have preferred to have bought and given two of the pricier ones instead of getting this set of 3 for less. If you haven't already tried a Blossom, you wouldn't notice a difference.These are bright, appear well made and do add a happy note to the kitchen counter.

Cute in the right colors...Love the dark green (it's sort of a muted grassy color), but the grass green is neon bright, fuschia is very very pink, and blue is a bright aquamarine. Be aware that the colors for all except the dark green are so bright it looks like they'd glow in the dark. Photos with plain white paper and Corelle white sauce bowl attached.

They have multiple uses to protect your surface from the heat of a cooking container and to decorate. The accent colors in my kitchen are blue and yellow so I have blue and yellow intermediately spaced out on my counter top. My counter top looks very nice as well as protected from my hot pots. They can withstand heat from the stove top or oven without melting. To clean it I wash it off in the sink with a little dawn and water. I don't know how it will hope up in the dishwasher.

Go to your kitchen and throw away all of your cloth, cork, wood or whatever trivets NOW and replace them with these. Set of 3 silicone trivets. Pretty enough to store hanging on the wall, useful enough to replace a drawer full of hot pads. I would not recommend you use these as oven mitts though, the patterns, while pretty, have a lot of open spaces that could expose your hand to the hot metal and let you get burned if you wrap them around handles and such. They are a good diameter and have worked perfectly as trivets under everything I have used them with. These would make a great housewarming gift too!

They’re great! They haven’t melted and look pretty! One of my friends said, “wow those are fancy” & while I don’t look at these and think that, I do think they’re sturdy! I put them in my microwave when I make soup and instead of using a hot pad, I “carry” the hot bowl by folding this up and putting my fingers in the openings. They’re really easy to clean and the color hadn’t faded. I’m very happy with this purchase!

The color and patterns are true to the picture. They are a bit smaller than I expected but work well. They were also a lot more flexible than what I expected. Not sure on durability as we just received them
