Works, does NOT bother my allergies or dry out my skin. However, not much suds, and only mostly scent-free.
This is a mixed review but overall it gets 5-stars because after buying many different brands and types of similar soaps, I can't find anything better that meets all my primary criteria, thus reasons I'm giving it 5-stars are as follows: - It did not bother my allergies at all whatsoever, - It does not have perfume of any type listed or that I can smell, - It only has 5 natural ingredients vs other brands with a long list of weird stuff, - It actually works and gets you clean, - It does not dry out my skin probably because 1 of its 5 ingredients is vegetable oil believe it or not (and no, it does NOT feel oily at all whatsoever). Okay now the not-so-great part of my "mixed" review: - This Unscented version is not 100% truly scent-free, but its 99%. I'm guessing this is because either the glycerine itself or one of its other 4 ingredients has a slight normal/natural smell, but it's very subtle and quickly fades away. - This Clearly Natural glycerine soap does not produce much suds or lather, but that didn't bother me as much as I thought it would. However IF this was a shampoo, the lack of lathering would probably bother me a lot. As an aside, Yes I tried several other variations of the Clearly Natural glycerine soaps, THIS Unscented is obviously what they're known for and is their best soap: Their Aloe Vera and Vitamin-E versions have more ingredients and too strong of an odd/weird odor. Overall if you have sensitive skin and bad allergies like me you should consider it, and I'm glad I gave this a try.

Love this soap!
Finding unscented soaps is very difficult these days. I can only find it here. This soap is perfect! It is gentle on my skin and leaves no residue. I highly recommend!

I hope this works
Got my soap yesterday - fast shipping. No scent - excellent. No artificial colors or bad chemicals that I could tell - excellent. Suds are low - very good. I understand that this kind of soap is supposed to be low suds or no suds. Price is pretty good. I searched high and low for a bar soap I could wash my entire body and hair with that did not have all the bad stuff in it. From what I've read any soap that is liquid has something in it that is harmful. Since I began shedding hair as bad as my cat sheds in the summer (no thyroid problems showing in blood tests), I thought I should check to see if there was any such thing as a bar shampoo. After much research online and taking some things with a grain of salt, I decided to try glycerin soap made as natural as can be. I even looked into making my own soap. Don't think I could handle the lye needed to make the soap :(. There is a website that tells you how to make true soap without harmful chemicals. I decided I had to rely on a company that truly made soap without the chemicals (if there was such a company). Searched and searched some more. The makers of this soap appear to fit the bill. I will upgrade this review (if I can figure out how) if the soap does has any adverse effects on my extremely sensitive skin and hair. If I have no adverse effects, I thank you from the bottom of my sensitive heart.

Very good.. except...
The soap I love and is unscented. The problem is the packaging is smelly with chemicals. This happens even to paper towels I buy at the store, everything is stored together and absorbs chemical smells. The soap is fine after removing bag bubble wrap and discarding outside of the house but it is annoying. Good no scent soap though. Most other "unscented" glycerin soaps smell of coconut which I hate - this one doesn't. Thumbs up.

This is the best soap for me!
As a woman of a certain age, I use this soap daily. The combination of the glycerin and its being unscented makes it as gentle as I need it to be. That is why I’ve been using it for years. Highly recommend.

While I like the ingredients and feel better moisturized after using it ...
I purchased this as a natural alternative to Nuetrogena'a clear bar soap. I use glycerine because it works well at degreasing my skin and is the only thing that keeps my skin clear. While I like the ingredients and feel better moisturized after using it on my face, the soap does not rinse off as well as Nuetrogena or Pears which for me negates some of the benefit of glycerine soaps. Others may like the fact that it doest not melt as easily as a result.

Fairly decent
I recently bought a few bars of this soap on Amazon since my local Safeway stopped stocking it. I have noticed a change in the formula over the years--the old version, circa 2009 or so, was much more fragile and prone to crumbling. It also smelled sweeter (the glycerine scent). Pros: Very mild Genuinely unscented Leaves minimal residue Cons: Doesn't lather well Very slippery when wet--more so than other bar soaps

Glycerin soap, unscented
I've been using this for years, i used to get it at Whole Foods. They stopped carrying it. The only unscented one they have now is their own brand, 365 i think, and it turned out not to be unscented. It has a mild scent which isn't unpleasant but i didn't want any scent at all. This one, Clearly Natural, has no scent. There is a downside to this kind, which i didn't give much thought to until i read other reviewers comment on it. It does not get suds, it does not "soap up," it can get your hands/body slipper, but i don't see bubbles or what someone would be used to if they are used to regular soap. I believe this is related to it being unscented though i don't know for sure. It's an almost pure glycerin soap, i think there are some other ingredients for non-washing purposes, very few, one or two, while the Whole Foods brand had additional washing things, at least i remember coconut oil--that makes it more 'soapy.' Having tried both, personally, i prefer the pure unscented glycerin. i did notice a feeling of frustration when i couldn't get it to become soapy while rubbing it on my hands, it's not soapy, and i remember thinking it sure didn't have much soap to it, but it did work for me, it did what i need, and when Whole Foods stopped carrying it, i returned the two bars of their brand i got and turned to Amazon to get the kind i have used for years and do prefer. i'm happy.
