Built-in Quality And Overall Performance Amazing!
I just wanted to state that the Lenovo Legion 5 Laptop that I bought here was amazing, the built in quality was very strong and stiff. Compared to other laptops I had bought on amazon, I had returned the others but when I bought this laptop everything was perfect and exactly how it should be. Though the seller said it wasn't RGB and yet it was which had surprisingly come with it, the audio also was perfect and there were no stutters or any damages along with cheap qualities! I am very much satisfied with my purchase and thankfully came to the right brand that suits my needs. I would also like to say that for those who want to buy a high-quality laptop with a strong performance then go for this Lenovo Legion 5 especially when 8GB of ram would still be very quick it also has an extra slot to upgrade to 16GB of ram which would make it extremely fast and efficient. I am thankful for the purchase and you should definitely go for it :)

Repair Service is Slow and adapter was defected
I ordered the Lenovo legion 5 from here for my work and personal use. With in 2 months of normal use, the adapter stopped working and my laptop was not charging. Given that the laptop is expensive and of high quality, I am not satisfied that the charging adapter stopped working within only 2 months of purchase of the laptop.I have sent the laptop for repair for almost a week now and it was only the adapter problem.I have not heard anything from the supplier.I am wondering when it came to purchase I received the laptop within 3 working days and when it time for a simple replacement, it is taking so long.I need a quick response as I am a professor in a university and I am relying on the laptop to get my work done.Additionally, I paid for a one year extended warranty and I believe it should not take this long to figure out and replace a charging adapter.

best laptop with best cooling IT HAS RGB
the best laptop with the best cooling even though this laptop is 8GB ram it's fast as hell the seller told it's not RGB but it is. 120 Hz basically 20 fps different between 144 basically the same thing I was getting 30-40 Celcius temperature! the quality of the laptop is the best (carbon fiber) it got delivers in 3-4 days fast delivery very happy with this product

Received the Laptop with Lots of Questions
It is a good gaming laptop, but not sure about the seller. Feel like I received a defective or the laptop had been used before. It did not have lighting setup in Lenovo Vantage app as it supposed to. The warranty started November 2020, but I purchased March 2021. So I needed to contact lenovo to correct it. Also, there are some problems with usb port. Sometimes the mouse does not work after restart the laptop. I contacted lenovo a few times and they download the new driver for me, I also did power cycle myself, but the problem is still there. I am considering return it. The only thing I like in is the RGB keyboard. Not recommending buying from this seller.
