- on the picture there is white cushion inside- do we all see it- well the cushion is not there- on the product description it says hooks for safety belt - do we all see it on the picture- yes we do however they are missing- I had another issue with another product and amazing blamed the seller- this one is sold and fulfilled by amazon so I want to see how amazon will reply- shame on you amazon for putting different picture and delivering different product

It’s not the same as the picture, there is no zip on the side, the mesh net is completely different and the bag material is not as pictured and is much smaller. Very disappointed and cannot return.

I got this for a 2 year old regular size cat and the carrier is too small.

Disappointed as it hasn’t come as described. The sizing is accurate but I didn’t receive the 2x washable fleece pad mats. It’s also missing the storage pockets.

This is the best it has enough space for a puppy only though

Its nice and comfy for my cats

The product is really good especially if you have an anxious pet as it is very airy and thr pet feels you close to him. The down side to this bag is the base layer as with any cloth carriers. It curves under the weight of the cat/dog and does not offer a good straight support.
