I really like this brand and whenever I have anything going on with my stomach or I want to do a slight detox, I take 3 at once and it handles it. I just keep it in my supplement medicine cabinet. Works for my husband and I.

I just love this company. Using their digestive enzymes, and decided to try a charcoal.. Before I was using for many years Charcoal from a Boolett proof company. Great for many digestive issues..I am very pleased with this one.Using just sparingly once a week to detox my guts.

I love this brand overall for supplements. Clean ingredients.

Great product.

I took one of these before I had a healthy 1/2 peanut butter sandwich. Peanut butter does nothing to me ever. I tested these capsules with something I can eat anytime. I have ibs c so I can’t eat garlic or fake sugar so I was going to use these for them. So I ate half peanut butter sandwich and took one of these an hour before. I took it at 5:30pm. It’s now 12am midnight and my intestines have been gurgling, spasm pains, and gas from this capsule so far 7 hours non stop. These are supposed to be a digestive supplement for foods you can’t digest or for gas and bloat. It did the complete opposite. It made me have symptoms I only get with garlic or onions. I’ve been eating peanut butter for decades with no problems. It’s definitely the charcoal capsule because for 7 long hours now my intestines are rumbling and gurgling and spasm pains for no reason at all after I took this as a test tonight. I took it with water only and no other food to make sure I could single this out. If you have ibs I would not recommend. It made me worse for 1/4 of a day all the way while sleeping too. Luckily they have a refund policy so I’m returning this.
