This is a recommended product. The power is very good. It is great to use for soups and other food that requires high blending

Poor quality product. I had to repair it many times from warranty. Still it broke and dosent work. The problem is in the motor.

We love Kenwood and know there's very limited availability of their products in the US. This product popped in our search without mentioning the fact it's 220v. It's a small household item and we're not going to use an inverter for it. Not sure why a UK item has presented itself in our US search feed. When we tried to return it we were asked to send it to the UK with a $20 reimbursement for the shipping costs. I think we all know it's going to cost more than the item + those $20. We're left with it and nowhere to complain about it.

Thank you Amazon, It doesn't warm up like 90% of other brands in the EG market. But be aware the hand blender contains plastic in the bottom hidden around the blades so does not appear in photos, I wished it was all from stainless steel.
