This Brother product purchased through Amazon does not work on the Brother 720NW I’ve used for years. Photo shows my 720NW and box for the labels indicating compatibility.Problem #1: unbelievably - the labels are rolled backwards - cannot be inserted in the 720NW - had to unroll the labels and rerolled do that it could be inserted property. I needed name badges for an event scheduled next morning so I took desperate measure to try to make it work - BUTProblem #2: Printer did not recognize the labels - normally printer will automatically align the inserted label and ready itself for printing - tried to use PTouch program to specify label based on size - did not have exact match size wise - tried to use labels as a continuous roll - PTouch app would print due to mismatch.For my event, had to use blank unprinted labels and a Sharpie!!!

I love my Brother label printer and have never had an issue installing a new roll of labels. But this roll arrived and it's uninstallable. Four different people have tried and none can make it work. It's almost as if it got rolled up backwards at the factory, with the labels facing the wrong way. We give up!Unfortunately, I waited too long to return it so I've just had to eat the cost. I highly recommend Brother label printers, but get your labels elsewhere!

Purchased for our company to go with the small Brother 810W Printer. We use for name tags for our events.These tags are printed on with black and can accommodate logos and type. I use in conjunction with the iPrint&label app to create custom name tags at the door for walk in registrations. This tape is great as you can set the printer to cleanly cut at the correct spot.Only reason for four stars relates to the black squares on the back which act as an alternative to using ink cartridges. For us, it shows on the other side of the name tag when our guests pick them up. This is a very minor issue compared to the advantages of this product.

Not much to say aside that it does as advertise and fits the Brother's printer. I haven't had issues with the quality and able to make labels consistently. My only gripe is at 24.99 it is quite expensive per label.
