I use Nordic Naturals EPA products for mental health. I was told that EPA reduces brain inflammation and the reduction in inflammation reduces depression and anxiety in people still having symptoms with medication use. My mood has been drastically i.proved since the 3rd day after I started taking EPA in July 2020. I have since started giving it to my 10 year old whom has ADHD, ODD, and anxiety. His mood has been substantially elevated, and his meltdowns and extreme reactions have declined. I now have my mother taking it. She also reports feeling "human again".I highly recommend Birdiv Naturals EPA products to anyone and everyone. The quality is consistently good, and the impact to my health is as well.

If you have not heard EPA lowers your LDL by enhancing how HDL works to combat LDL levels. They made some research in Japan and found that a sector of the population had lower LDL levels in a certain community and they found that the ones with lower levels had a certain fish common in their diet a couple times a week. They isolated the compound which turned out to be EPA. Still expensive to maintain but effective based on research. Still one of the best brands around.

My doctor only recommends this brand. Not fishy when you burp unlike many of the others. Makes a difference in my mood and sleep. Definitely not a placebo. Been taking for years now

Have ordered this product for years at recommendation of doctor and have never had any issues. No odors and soft gels were loose and not clumped together. My last two orders have been terrible, they had a terrible smell and they are stuck together in a clump. I ordered from Nordic natural seller shipped by Amazon. What has happened to this product?

Thorne Research has long been a reputable company with very clean products. However, I give up on them. I have rec'vd 2 faulty bottles of this expensive fish oil. The first one came and the capsules were all stuck together. I contacted the company who claimed they were still good anyway. This bottle came w/the capsules not smooth, but all bumpy and misshaped, as though they were submitted to great heat (and these came in cold weather). The bottle inside is all greasy and I am beginning to notice a bad odor. They are NOT right. I have contacted the company and have yet to rec'v a reply back. And there are no returns. So, burnt twice, but no more!!!!! I have used this product for years, through a practioner. For ease, I began to order them from Amazon, supposedly directly from the company, Nordic Naturals, itself. I am beginning to wonder. One thing for sure, if it is Nordic, they are palming off very defective product through Amazon. DO NOT BUY or waste your money! Very disappointing!
