Are you a male over 30 ? If so , this NOW Saw Palmetto Extract is for you. I've been taking 1 of these pills daily for only a week and already I've noticed a reduction in bathroom visits .These easy to swallow black pills contain Pumpkin Seed Oil which I couldn't find in other brands I reviewed.
