Got this as a Xmas present for my dad and he absolutely loves it. Only thing is I find the decanter and glasses to be on the heavier side. It’s not crystal but the product still looks great and the Royal packaging makes it ideal for gifting.

Great quality product, fast delivery

The product is great, beautiful, and comes in a very nice storage box. Great for a gift. This box is covered with an outer box clearly labeling the product as fragile - but Amazon shipped it in an oversized box with no packing to keep the box from shaking around, and no instructions on the box for the delivery people to notify them of its fragile contents. It arrived completely shattered. Seller promptly replaced and the new product arrived unbroken - but again in an Amazon box not labeled fragile with not enough packing to prevent the contents from being shaken around. Also the replacement’s outer sleeve was previously opened, and torn, and the inner box was scuffed and dirty. Disappointing since this was a gift. I feel bad for the seller because they have a really great product but neglect by the shipping department is leading to it arriving damaged.
