Il libro è molto bello è colorato.La dieta è spiegata molto bene, idem gli esercizi.Il tutto è molto "no pain no gain" ma per 4 settimane si può fare.Il vostro corpo non diventerà come quello di Chloe in un solo mese ma sicuramente migliorerà.Non metto 5 stelle solo perché la spedizione non è andata per il meglio.

Hard, hard work but worth it!
I've never followed a 'proper' diet/fitness book like this but after all the Christmas excess I thought I'd give it a go as I want to lose half a stone or thereabouts. I've always been fit and healthy - I run 3x a week and go to the gym (when we aren't in lockdown!) 4x a week so I thought I was pretty fit/strong. Well, I'm currently on day 3 and have done the 3 days of the 30 min workouts... my god! They are challenging to say the least! But the good thing is you know you are only doing 4 mins of exercise before you get a 1 min rest! I can also say that my muscles are sore - which is a good thing! But who'd of thought just doing body weight exercises would do that.The food side of things is going well so far. I was absolutely so hungry on day 1 when i went to bed but the body is getting used to that now. The recipes are really good to follow and easy and quick but it's very chicken/steak orientated so any veggies out there might struggle with alternatives for 4 weeks! It does take some planning too but the book is easy to follow.I am determined to see this through. I know it will definitely work if you stick to it and have the motivation/determination to do the exercises! I can feel a difference already on day 3. So, if you do need a kick-start to your diet/fitness this is the one!

The book that changed my life!
I cannot recommend this book enough! I was getting a bit fed up with my weight gain and other previous attempts to lose weight had failed so at the beginning of the year I decided to look for a fitness and diet regime that I could stick to which was also effective. I read the reviews, bought the book and I thought I would give it a go! And my God did it work!!!! I am now going to week 12 and I have lost about 7kgs. But it’s not just the weight loss-I have shrunk, lost inches off my belly, waist, bum and have not felt this fit in years. And I am saying this as someone who on the first day of the exercise regime nearly passed out-that is how unfit I was. But I followed her regime and within weeks I saw the weight melt away and my fitness levels just get better and better. The exercises are difficult but if you stick to them they do get more manageable. The best thing about them though is that you can do them at home with no need for a gym membership or equipment. I would literally roll out of bed at 6am every morning, do the HIIT exercises and be done in about 40-50’. It felt so good knowing that before anyone else woke up in the house I had already completed my exercise for the day! Her carb cycling advice was easy enough to understand and most recipes were very good. Except the Proat Pancakes-just don’t try them! I followed the diet to the T for 10 weeks but on the 11th week I started introducing a bit more carbs as I felt I was really starting to need them. One word of advice: if you do suffer from IBS like I do stay away from the Cauli Rice. It caused me a really bad flare up. And drink a ton of water it really, really helps. But overall I cannot recommend this book enough! Buy it! It works and it will change your life!

Exercise was beyond unenjoyable
Good points: I loved the majority of the meals. The ingredients were cheap and easily sourced.Negative points: I am moderately fit and found the exercise absolutely brutal. I did not find the warm up adequate for what I was about the endure. There were moments I was crying with frustration, because I couldn't keep up with it, and then felt rubbish about myself. I can do an hour's cardio with Davina no problem.I think it also encourages crash dieting.
