I cannot say ENOUGH good things about this product. I am a bit of a superfood/supernutrient geek and do copious amounts of research and due diligence before purchasing any products, and I have to say this Sacred 7 Mushroom blend leaves any other blend for dust when it comes to quality and effectiveness. I wont take or be sold on every new superfood nutrient that comes on the market, but instead prefer to find the real gems that have multiple benefits/uses, preferring a minimilist approach. This is most definitley the gem of all gems in mushroom powders. The level of health and well-being we have been able to achieve with this product alone has been nothing short of amazing!!. It helps with recovery and high immune health in almost any situation due to the high level of bio available adaptogens is possess. Particularly because of all the full spectrum activated Beta-Glucan range it contains from the full fruiting bodies of ALL 7 of theses highly potent mushroom species. Not so easy to achieve (alchemically speaking) without the right skill, equipment and experience. It just doesn't get any better than this! This quite significant in understanding the immense value present in this specific formulation. Sacred 7 it is INDEED! Search the web. There is NO OTHER product like this! Some try but hey are not the same. We take this everywhere with us especially when we travel and has been phenomenal in helping us maintain optimum health, longevity, and adaptability to any environment. Illness? whats that ? We dont EVER get sick. We add it to coffee, tea, smoothies and even use it in cooking in sauces. Several of our friends have also used it and experienced the same benefits. Very good, Love it in my coffee.

First observation was that it has a light pleasant aroma to it. Almost chocholatey. The ingredients DO NOT contain chocolate. For two weeks now I have enjoyed two servings a day by adding it to my morning and afternoon hot drink. It used to be coffee, but I switched to brewing a blend of roasted ground chickory and cacao beans. The Sacred 7 mushroom powder compliments my drink nicely, and offsets my caffeine cravings. The bonus is that I don't have a post coffee energy crash. I had Covid a couple of months ago, and since then I had been completely lethargic. As a lifelong coffee drinker, I had been counting on my normal caffeine boost to get me through my day. But even at only just two cups a day, it made me feel worse. Switching my drink and adding my mushroom powder has helped me to have a steady energy to complete my smaller tasks that I could'nt manage before. I wasn't functioning at all before, and the brain fog was overwhelming. I'm not saying this mushroom drink gives me the strength and mental power of the gods, but it helps get me through my day. For me personally, it is helping improve my quality of life right now. And that is enough for me. It would be nice if it came with its own little scooper. My half teaspoon measure is now a part of this container. Lol! I give my mug a gentle swirl at the end to help get the powder floating so that it won't be settled at the bottom when I finish my drink. It isn't too expensive. At two servings a day, this should still last a little more than 3 months. I definitely recommend trying this item if you have been considering adding the power of mushrooms to your day!

This product makes a lot of statements about how each ingredient improves different aspects of your health. I like that detail provided in their ad. However, I have used this product now for about 21 days (not yet the 30 days mentioned in the ad to see changes), and I do not as yet see much difference in how I feel with the exception of digestion. It has been an impressive help in the digestion department anecdotally, starting after only a few days of use. I struggle with constipation, and this has (anecdotally) brought about an impressive improvement in regularity. As far as taste, etc., it is just fine in my coffee, which is how I use it every morning. The taste is fine, not offensive in any way, and it dissolves well. If I start seeing other improvements in how I feel, I'll update.

Best mushroom supplement ever, Ryze mushroom powder is not as good as Sacred 7 Mushroom Powder.
