Bought these sunglasses for running in. I have used them so much and love them. No sun, no problem - the photochromic lenses become almost clear, so it’s easy to use them for all weathers. Very comfortable fit - so much so that I often forget I have them on! Good that they come with a case to stop the getting scratches etc. They seem very durable and flexible. The look took me a while to get used to - as they’re not a ‘fashion’ item - so the different shape is specific to running / cycling sunglasses. Compared to some of the more well known brands, these seem very good value for money. I would recommend these sunglasses for runners who don’t want to worry about storing their sunglasses if the sun goes behind a cloud part way through a run. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

My other glasses were the Rockbros interchangeable lens ones, but I got fed up with never having the right one as I rode in and out of shaded forest trails etc. These ones do the job well and gradually tint according to conditions. They change fast enough for most purposes for me. They look good and are light on the nose, the only possible negative is that they sit off the face a little bit so I have found some spatter can sneak up inside them. Overall, a good product.

I got these for a duathlon to wear on the bike stage, I was a little apprehensive that they might not be so comfortable but actually I was pleasantly surprised! They fit well under my helmet and sat nicely on the nose, felt lightweight and I really appreciated how they changed colour with the sunlight (but it was December so there wasn't much around!!) Great clarity of vision as well. Definitely great value for money and I might try to see if I can get my prescription into the insert.

For a cheaper pair of cycling/sport glasses, they do a pretty decent job. The transition from light to dark is a bit tardy and they’re never really “dark” but do a good enough job to stop having to chop and change glasses. Keeps the UK flying wildlife out of your eyes. Which is nice.

I got these primarily for working with UV resin as I was worried about reflected UV light from the torch used to cure the resin - I use UV resin in an unconventional way, effectively 3D printing with it by hand, so I need to be able to see what I'm doing - but I'll be using them while cycling too. So, I tested the UV filter aspect of them by shining a UV torch through them while pointing at something that fluoresces bright orange under UV light. With the glasses in the way there is no fluorescing, so they pass the test. The UV light also turned the part of the glasses it was shone through dark in an instant instead of the normal two to three minutes, so I won't repeat that from such close range in case it damages them, but they did recover to normal within five minutes or so. The view through them is clear with no distortion, so no issues there. They're not 100% comfortable on the nose, mainly because the contacting parts are relatively sharpish edges rather than flat areas - a strange design. I tried to fix that using a needle file, then sandpaper, then a tiny sharp penknife, but it's tough rubber and progress was too slow, so I ended up getting out my Dremel, using a cylindrical sharpening stone accessory to use speed to erode the rubber away but not too aggressively. It worked well and now they fit fine. Be careful if you do this as you can't add material back on, so always err on the side of not removing enough. Couldn't work out how to fit the rubber strap thing until I came back here and found a video at the top, but even then it wasn't immediately obvious that there are buttons you have to press in to release the arms before you can pull them out and replace them with the strap. I doubt I'll be using it as they're already secure enough even for cycling in a full tuck position, but different head geometries may make it essential for some users.

I’ve been really impressed with these glasses. I was looking for an inexpensive pair as an alternative to my more expensive pair, which has interchangeable lenses, so that I didn’t have to carry the different lenses on a recent bikepacking trip. These photo chromatic glasses ticked the boxes and are now my go to pair as they work brilliantly in varying light conditions, including rain. The interchangeability between arms for an elasticated band is a nice extra. Highly recommended for the price.
