Good quality for good price
The chair arrived very quickly and was easy to assemble with the included instructions. It was significantly cheaper than a new version, and it was in excellent condition. Only signs of wear were some minor scuffs on the base near the casters, which don’t affect function and you can only see if you flip the chair upside down. The replaced cushion is very comfortable, which was a concern I had about some of the reviews for the chair straight from the manufacturer. There is a lot of adjustment options compared to cheaper office chairs. The arm pads were a bit hard for my tennis elbow, but I placed some cheap memory foam covers over them, and they’re perfect now.

Great quality, ergonomic
My son loves this chair and he is picky. I have had one just like this for years and they are very expensive new. I think I paid over a thousand dollars for mine several years ago. This was an investment but with as much time as we spend at our desks between school and play it’s worth it for the ergonomic design. When I can afford it I plan to buy another for my other son.

Best chair I've had
I spent quite a bit of time looking for an office chair that was comfortable, didn't leave my back feeling stiff after a long day and wouldn't break the bank; this checked all the boxes. The price is excellent for what you're getting. It feels great (better than the chairs at my office, which I quite like) and has dramatically reduced the stiffness I'd feel in my back when working from home.I was a little hesitant to get a remanufactured chair but I have no complaints. It was like new! The instructions made assembly simple, adjustments were intuitive and it looks great! Definitely one of my best purchases

Better than from the manufacturer !! no really
so i just finished my chair quest. i tried the highest rated per reddit/internet.1. Leap V22. Gesture3. Embodythe Embody is a very well made, very comfortable chair. i'm 5'7, and if i were over 5'9 i would have kept this chair. the lumbar was too agressive and it pushed all the way up into my thoracic spine area- too high. but i do recommend that chair for non short peoplethe gesture is a little like this as well, the lumbar and ergonomics of the back are too aggressive/tallbut the leap... the leap is perfect for my 150lb/5'7 frame. here is the thing thoughcrandall will add more padding, to me it feels like both the seat AND the back have more padding, as i JUST purchased a leap - brand new from a licensed distributor in person- for my home office, and the Crandal is more comfortable due to the thicker seat padding!!!i cant recommend them enough. this chair is bad ass, and you still get a 12 year warranty for almost 50% off the price.I'm honestly considering returning my brand new leap and re-ordering this specific crandal refurb as its noticeably more comfortable!if you know you like the leap, dont hesitate to get it from crandal! (leap is made in mexico, so far no issues!)

Nearly perfect chair after making some tweaks
For years, I had one of those "big and tall" executive chairs that killed my back over time. It was so soft that you could sink into it like a couch. It was high time that I got something new and more supportive. I settled on getting this chair after trying out the Leap at my local Steelcase store. The one at the store seemed to have excellent back support and adjustability, so I was excited to try this at home.To be honest, it was a big adjustment for me coming from a soft chair. I used to get really sore from sitting for 1-2 hours. My main hobby is gaming, so I need to be able to sit for 6+ hours at a time. I ended up buying an extra seat cushion to throw on top of it when I had long gaming sessions. After a few months though, I stopped having this issue. My body got used to the firmness of the seat, and now it feels quite comfortable to relax in all day without the extra cushion. My back feels so much better now. I'm very glad that I stuck it out long enough to see the benefits. Some nitpicks: I didn't like the hard plastic arm rests and the seat fabric, which felt too abrasive against my skin when wearing shorts. I fixed these issues by getting arm rest pillows and a new seat cover with a softer texture. These made a huge difference in my level of comfort. I'm also in the process of ordering a Leap headrest to give my neck more support.Overall, I'm quite happy and would recommend this if you're looking for a good back support chair. You just might have to give it time, or make a few tweaks, to find the best comfort.

Perfect, Like new Restored Chair
Like many of you, I did a lot of research before making this purchase. Even though I didn't go with them, you have to thank BTOD for their quality content and even letting me know that this who remastered Leap thing existed. After watching many videos and reading opinions all over the internet, I decided to go with Crandall. BTOD has a lot of reviews saying it takes a while to get the chair, and I didn't want to wait so Crandall it was! Seeing I could buy through them on Amazon, as a Prime member, was even sweeter. After purchasing, it was said I wouldn't get the chair for around 2 weeks but I came in less than one.Now to the chair. It's perfect. I haven't had it long so I can't speak to long term, but I can say that it looks brand new all around and performs amazingly with no problems. Assembly took around 10-15 minutes with everything mostly put together already. The fabric is all brand new, and you can tell the seat looks a bit more substantial than the regular Leaps in the videos due to Crandall replacing the padding. The chair itself is much heavier than it looks and it's obvious immediately that this thing is the real deal compared to the $200 cheap ones I've been using. I'm 5'8 170 with short legs and the chair is able to fit me just fine. Due to the other adjustment options, like the seat sliding, this could definitely accommodate a much larger person as well.Great chair. Great company. Very happy with my purchase. Will update if something happens or in 6 months and a year since that matters for an every day office chair.
