Definitely the best roller out there if you need deep tissue help. This has made a huge difference to how I feel after a work out and the aches and pains I usually get. I would recommend starting with a softer roller for beginners but if you are used to rolling and need that something extra, this is most definitely the one to go for. This has enabled me to do so much more, life changing.

very effective and powerful version of rollers, it might be a bit painful to use first few times as those ridges go deep into your muscles, but it defiantly gets your muscles released.

Smaller than the picture. Good deep massage , easy to carry with you anywhere. Portable.

Wem normale Blackrolls (Original oder Blackroll Orange) zu weich sind und mehr "Zupack" wünscht, absolut schwerstens empfohlen! Für mich als Leistungssportler reichten die normalen Blackrolls einfach nicht mehr. Diese hier ist so richtig heftig hart. Die Noppen geben keinen Tick nach und graben sich schön tief rein. Das ist manchmal schon grenzwertig: Für Rücken klasse, aber bei einer z.B. vom Sprungkrafttraining gestressten Wade tut das schon ganz anders weh als bei normalen Blackrolls. Deshalb nur geübten Blackrollern mit etwas Schmerztoleranz empfohlen. Wenn man sich nicht sicher ist, die "normale" Rumble Roll nehmen, nicht die extraharte!

Buyers be sure to check the size you want on this roller. There are two 30 cms and 77.5 cms, unfortunately if you search for "rumble roller" you will get one that costs 6200 rupees approx and its the small one (30 cms). The image is a bit misleading, one assumes its larger. To be fair the description does have the size. if you want the larger on type in "rumble roller full size" that costs about 10K. You'll notice that the image is the same and hence the warning to be sure that you get the right size. Brought this up to the seller Booyah, not too happy with their response
