The smallest achievable size (with all 6 links removed and micro adjustment set to smallest) is about 140 mm or 5-½". I have a 6-½ wrist and could not get this bracelet small enough. Partially because I was using it with a large diameter watch. With a smaller watch it may have worked. There are several bracelets like this that have 8 removable links (4 on each side.) They will get smaller, around 4-½".
