Best combination of goals
Whether to reduce weight (myself) or for diabetics type 2 (my husband), this book clearly encompasses both. Both of us have lost significant weight and hubby is now in complete remission almost medication free in only 16 months. Low carb needed to go hand-in-hand to have this success. Excellent book, highly recommended!

Fabulous food - best recipe book I’ve bought and definitely best ever low carb recipes
Good low carb recipes are hard to find. Love good food and cutting carbs, especially wheat & sugar, it is such a great way to eat. The problem with most low-carb recipes is they are very meat-based or extremely high fat, which isn’t most folks’ cup of tea. Happily, this book is created by a very talented chef and food writer and it definitely shows.These recipes are amazing - great food, easy recipes, no complicated or weird ingredients and taste so good you’d be happy to be served them in a restaurant. Unlike other low carb books, there’s no artificial sweeteners used - just medjool dates used very very sparingly. The book is beautifully photographed and recipes easy to follow - no pressure but please please please write another one!The four recipes I’ve made so far alone make this book worth having. The pizza is just incredible, quick to make and tastes divine. Having made fathead pizza often, this recipe is so much nicer. I was sceptical about the low carb bread rolls so I humbly beg the authors’ pardon as they are utterly wonderfully truly bready. If you’ve tried to make low carb bread before you probably had a choice of cloud bread (tasteless foam), coconut flour loaf (more cakey than bready and you get pretty sick of coconut very quickly) or some flax seed cardboard substitute. These low carb rolls are like actual real honest bread rolls - take a while to bake since almond meal takes ages to dry out but they are absolutely worth the wait. Used them to make haloumi burgers and they are my new favourite recipe.Four great recipes from the book so far and can’t wait to try out the rest. Next low carb goal is spinach lasagne sheets which look like the real deal. Happy cooking.

I received this book just a few hours ago.....What a book!It's not just a cookbook.....it's a whole education.So impressed.I am not sure how many of the recipes I will make...but.....the book is a treasure trove of facts.Well worth a purchase 👍🏻
