Good product

Its a decent adapter, quality is good but unfortunately the very thing that I needed for it to use doesnt fit the US plug socket, although its a 2-pin plug, the left pin is slightly wider. Based on the picture, I thought it would fit the US plug socket like the Skross travel adapter that I currently use. I wanted to use an adapter just for the UAE plug and less bulky hence the purchase. Unable to request for a return since I ripped the box.Updated: Seller fixed the issue by refunding the amount even though Im unable to return the item since I dont have the original packaging anymore. I think because of the child safety feature of the adapter, the appliance that Im trying to use needs a bit more force to plug it (I'd still have to try it again). Anyway, great customer service and based on my experience, I'd definitely buy their other products in the future.

I really had to search before i ordered, the previous product was one size fits all and was not as effective as this one specifically for US based plugs.

Could not use Australian plugs with this product. Not as advertised.
