Does the tube say "quinacridones" anywhere? just wonder if they are selling the new or the old formular. Thanks.

From Daniel Smith website. Rose Madder Permanent -- Pigment: PR 209, PV 19, PR 202. (aka quinacridone red, quinacridone rose/ violet & quinacridone magenta). Beautiful.

Would this color be the same as permanent rose by windsor newton?

Close. It’s slightly bluer, and I was hoping it would be slightly warmer than the rose. A combination of 3 transparent quinacridone pgments- one of which is the permanent rose pigment. I prefer perm rose.
