these are delicious alone or with a spread of any sorts, the sesame seeds are a taste expander and are also full of nutrients.rice crisps are the only snack I am allowed in a detox diet, so these are like a spoil :)I really need to take a few in a separate container otherwise the whole thing is gone, so good.hope you found this review helpful in making a better choice.
