The actual tool that gets the broken bolts out was great but the drill bits that came with it were cheap & blunt. Totally unusable. Luckily I had my own Bosch set.

The worst product ever not woth it , First I have received it with missing parts in the box and it didn’t accept to be returned, Second the product quality it’s to cheap it broken.

This product should be avoided. I purchased it to remove a burred off soft alloy bolt which I could not easily access to remove using mole grips etc. The 3mm drill broke after a minute into use. I then purchased a higher quality HSS drill which cut into the bolt like butter. I then proceeded to screw in the reverse thread extraction bit which sheared in half immediately.After leaving this review the seller reached out and offered a refund, so felt it fair to add a couple of stars for good customer service.

Very good product. Solved a very tricky problem for me. (A small screw, jammed in a very narrow cavity where there wasn't room for an electric drill.)Worked well on its own, but could also have been used with this: Zology Right Angle Drill and Flexible Angle Extension Bit Kit for Drill or Screwdriver 1/4" Socket Adapter Magnetic, Handy, Solid Construction Useful.

The drills did absolutely nothing, hardly made a mark on the bolt let alone drill a hole in it, one drill even snapped. Unfortunately this item was completely useless to remove any bolts and I resorted to tapping the bolt anticlockwise round with a flat head screwdriver which took forever.Waste of time and money for me.Would not recommend.

Not fit for purpose ... pilot drills for the extractors simply aren't good enough to drill into a standard steel bolt, the kit is pointless if you can't even do this ... buy cheap and buy twice ... the other poor reviews are accurate but undoubtedly you will still go ahead and buy this garbage, just like I did!

Drill bits and extractors seem ok, but holder is very shoddy construction- rough threads that are difficult to tighten and sheared in two the first time it was used. I ended up just drilling out the sheared bolt and recutting the thread with a tap/die set that I already had. Returned for refund.
