Great foot file
This is a good product that I do recommend, especially as you can remove the files to wash clean. If used discerningly by starting with the medium file to begin with for a few minutes on both the soles of feet and then switching to the fine file for another few minutes it the ideal way to use them at night before bed. Follow it by rubbing in some shea butter into the soles to moisturize them and then put on a pair of cotton socks with a view to achieving the goal of soft nourished soles. I found that I required only the medium & fine rollers, as the coarse file is too rough. Filing the soles twice a week is adequate, however try to rub in some shea butter every night is best and you wont need a pedicure for three weeks. If the manufacturer would sell replacement file heads, that would be so helpful.

Battery could be better and protective cap shouldn’t detach so easy even when it is laying flat. Overall really good tool and device. Works good and really easy.

Okay product When used on battery power it keeps stopping when I apply some pressure Also its shape is not perfect to reach some spots on my feet. I would prefer the once that have this rotating part on the side of the top rather than at the very top

False advertising, not as described, poor quality
Completely different product than the one advertised. Color doesn't match, I ordered white and grey and I received white and pink product. It doesn't come with all the items described. There is no cable and it comes with only one spare part which is exactly same like the one on the device. It is extremely weak and stops with even little pressure. Low quality

Not worth it overall
The item is not the best at working on rough heels even with/after soaking the feet in warm water for excess of 30 mins. The motor is not strong enough and the plastic body is weak. Mine broke after 2 uses. But if you have medium to soft heels then the unit will work slightly better and since it rechargeable you do save on buying batteries. Overall this unit does not work for me and will not be replacing the unit.
