To strengthen wrist after a break
My physio suggested that a buy putty to help build the strength in my hand. These tubs arrived quickly and have a good variety of strengths. The tubs are small ... enough putty for me but I've a small hand. But keep this in mind if you have a large hand. Easy to use, not sticky and bright colours.

I was advised to get these by the physiotherapist helping me after a severe finger dislocation. Regular use has improved my flexibility and strength. Not sure I’ll ever progress to the toughest two though!4 stars because I needed this for therapy - I would have preferred to just buy the easiest 3

Wonderful therapy tool for hand/ wrist exercises
So I broke my wrist 7 weeks ago (both the ulnar and radius bones) and I’m now at the point of strengthening my hand and wrist again following it being in a soft splint for 4 weeks and having some exercises to get some movement back into joint/ fingers. So following Physiotherapist advice and having appropriate support from them I bought this putty. It comes all colour coded depending on strength from soft to firm. All are stored in their own tubs and the larger tube keeps them all neat and tidy for easy storage. Simple tool at an affordable price for doing physio at home to aid in recovery from wrist and hand injuries and to help with ongoing pain management. But like all medical support items ask first to see if it’s suitable for your needs. But this brand is one I’d recommend.

Good Stuff
I bought for my daughter as she has hyper mobility in her fingers. They’re good quality and easy to use. It’s too early to say whether they’re working but my daughter enjoys them.

Therapy Putty - does what it says on the 'tin'
Does what it says on the tin - small amounts of putty - but enough to exercise your fingers/wrist. I got to help recuperate after a radius fracture.

Its good if ur anxious or anxiety
It was good but it told me for 40 mins it was 4 stops away that was at 6.20 got my parcel at 6.50
