I have long, layered hair that reaches the middle of my waist, so it's important that the rollers I buy are large enough to contain my hair. These are perfect, I've owned them for years and have not had to replace. While the velcro has decent hold if you use thin sections when rolling, I do recommend buying hair clips/pins to pin the rollers in place. I tend to put a little bit more hair in each section in order to get my whole head, so those clips are critical for me.As for the size of the rollers, do not expect full-blown curls. The results look like a blowout rather than curls. Even with the pink rollers that are smaller, they will give you a loose ringlet rather than of a standard curl.My favorite part about these rollers, and rollers in general, is that they are really hard to mess up. Even if you place them loosely or off-kilter, you're always going to have hair that looks more voluminous and like you just got a blow-out from the salon. If I had to purchase new rollers again, I would get this set.

I love these. I actually only use the four medium sized ones. I just put them in my hair where I want a little lift while I get ready for work. They are easy to use and easy to remove. No tearing of your hair at all.

Wanted to try something different for my long coarse hair. Delivery was prompt and packaging was good. Checked to make sure therollers weren’t used as previous reviews. Took my time and curled each part carefully. They came with Bobby pins which was nice BUT you need to place them where you won’t get a weird kink. Once my rollers came out, I used a large round brush to get the funky kinks out with my hair dryer. Overall it’s an ok product.It’s a learning curve for those who aren’t used to using rollers all the time. I do have to say my long thick hair came out overall ok.

I Love the two sizes. I use them after styling with my styling brush on top of my head for volume.They work great and really grip the hair. Easy to remove.

Usually the issue with Velcro rollers is that they do not hold the hair the problem with these is that they are so sticky that you have to yank them out of your hair. You cannot unroll them if you roll your hair in thin sections even in thick sections of hair the hair directly against the Velcro has to be polled very harshly out. If you think things rollers can touch each other you’re very mistaken it is a whole other nightmare they stick together and the hair will also stick to the opposite roller. So when you try to take them out you literally have a tangled mess of hair you’re trying to pull a roller out of. I was terrified many times that these were going to be stuck in my hair and I was not going to be able to remove them. i’ve been using rollers for over 20 years this is not user error I actually gave them two tries to see if for some reason I need to roll my hair in a different technique absolutely not these are trash I understand they’re only 11 bucks it is 11 bucks that you are literally throwing away. Also I really hope no one has actually got these tangled in their hair so severe that they could not get them out.
