Cedar & Spice - Handmade Luxury Shaving Soap from Chiseled Face Groomatorium

Found this company several years ago and it has become my favorite for shaving soap. Nice packaging and the soap lasts a good long time. Easy to use with shaving brush.

At first I couldn't figure out if I liked the scent or not....still not sure, but the product works very well. I'll probably buy it again.

This is a fairly hard shaving soap that produces a good lather.The scent in my opinion, leaves much to be desired. Rather than having the fragrance of cedar and spice, it is more reminiscent to me of stale cigarette butts.I don't know if it is my nose or if I just got a tin from a bad batch. For whatever reason, the fragrance is very unappealing to me, and I would not purchase again.

I bought a tin of this shave soap and it has lasted a very long time. Smells good and works up a great lather. If you want to be done buying shave saop, then buy this and you are done for years--really.Great product, just buy it.

Pros: The fragrance is great. The high tallow ratio means that this foams up very nicely. Most importantly, the high tallow ratio means that the glide is superb. I use a single-edge razor to contour and this product lets me deliver.Cons: I wish the puck would come in a form that I could put in my dish. As is, I just use the plastic container it comes in. If you decide to take it out you will need a much, much bigger puck dish than normal.

This Shaving Soap will last you a super long time, and the smell is manly and will linger on your face for quite a while post shave. Highly Recommend.
