Yes. So does coffee and Disneyland. The warning is virtually meaningless because the level of "cancer causing chemicals" that triggers the warning is extremely low and doesn't take use into account. Don't eat or smoke this and it won't cause cancer.

Q: Has anyone tried flatenning this with a hair dryer?

It would not be possible to flatten this with a hair dryer. It is made of thick dense rubber. For something thin use Gaffer's tape.

Q: Can a rolling chair roll over it?

A rolling chair would have some problems rolling over this here cord cover. It will roll over with less weight in the chair. So it’s not impossible, but difficult to roll over. Hope this answers question
