I've taken this product for a while I took it because cholesterol medicine made my nails brittle and this helped strengthen my nails and when I'm not taking it my nails get brittle again I don't know about any of the other effects of my hair or facial being a man not noticing that but the fact that it helped my nails I know it's working and this comes from someone in the healthcare industry for over 32 years in the medical field that this product actually works I was wondering about the quality of the product cuz I know other places sell over the counter collagen but I do know this is actually working so that's why I wanted to do this review from a real customer in the real world thank you
