I JUST LOVE THIS ... THE ONLY THING IS , IF YOU PUT TO MUCH ICE IN ( DON'T GO RIGHT TO THE LINE WITH ICE OR TO LARGE ICE ) IT WON'T SHAVE THE ICE WELL ... UNDER STANDABUL THOUGH... OTHER THAN THAT.. IT JUST GRATE.. ENJOYING MY HOT SUMMER WITH ICE COLD DRINKS.. YAAAAHOOOO...

Bought this new product only to receive it and see that it has been used and repackaged. Followed instructions and could not blend for 7-10 mins as instructed. The slushy stops spinning well before 7 mins. Then, when I go to pour it our the spout, only a bit of juice would drip out. I cam to find that even though the slush stops spinning and mixing, there are still ice chuncks in the mix which clog the spout and makes it unusable. Disappointed to say the least.
